Only your mobile number, and only if you choose to sign in. Everything else — the calculator, charts and product range — works without any account or personal data.

Location helps with delivery, and precise location is optional. When you sign in, your phone may ask to share your exact position — you can decline, and the app works the same either way. Whether or not you allow it, PEXMART sees only your general area (the city your connection reports) so it can plan delivery. Nothing is tracked in the background — location is read once, at sign-in.

To recognise you so your quote lists stay on your phone, and — if you send a quote or ask us to contact you — so PEXMART can respond to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. We do not sell or share your number.

Sign-in is passwordless — just your mobile number, no password to leak. Your number is hashed in our security logs, never stored in plain text there. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), and your sign-in session is a secure, http-only cookie.

Saved quote lists are stored on your device only (in this browser). They are not uploaded to any server. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Under POPIA you may ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Sign out to end your session immediately. To exercise any right, contact PEXMART at info@pexmart.co.za.
